Parents mill about between classes at Curriculum Night.

Curriculum Night took place last night, beginning at at 7:00 p.m. with speeches from Max Nelson, ASB President, Keven Wynkoop, School Principal, and Joel Niemeyer, PTSA President.

Parents had a chance to attend concentrated versions of their childrens classes, each taking about 10 minutes. Teachers presented their classes general curriculums to parents, and touched on major projects and tests coming throughout the year.

“It’s a way for parents to get to know our teachers,” Junior Marlowe Hussey said. “Its fun to help parents.”

Link Crew leaders also attended to assist parents to their kids classes in case they were confused.

“Its really hard to find my way around. I keep getting lost,” Chris Lloyd, a parent, said.

Parents also had the opportunity to attend the Information Fair before and after speeches and classes. The Fair held booths for school wide events.
