A car crashed into the bus stop at the southeast corner of 15th Ave NW and 65th St. early Tuesday morning. The driver of the silver sedan was reportedly unhurt and nobody outside of the vehicle was harmed, though that statement does not extend to the amenities of the bus stop.

It was around 6 a.m., Jumpin’ Jimmy’s barista Jennifer Krogstad recalled.

Krogstad remembered hearing the screeching of tires and then the smash of the sedan colliding with the barrier. Both airbags went off and the driver exited the vehicle unharmed, if a little shaken up. After talking with responders, “he ordered a double tall vanilla latte,” she said.
